Work in Digital Signage/Directory kiosk/AV environment before will be a plus. Proficient knowledge in computer hardware & software system. Experience in managing basic computer network configuration, installation and server. Experience in basic project management. Possess effective communication skills and a good team player. Dynamic, flexible and self-motivated individual. Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).Job Responsibilities On-site customer meeting, and do follow-up with engineers or supplier. Setup interactive kiosk and LED wall solutions. Perform basic kiosk maintenance/repairs remotely or on-site. Attend to customer kiosk incident/problems.
