Job Description
Requirements Qualification: Degree in Electrical, IT or Computer Engineering or equivalent Experience in Network, Server and Interface maanagement Personal traits: Friendly, team-player, proactive, drive, independent, fast-learner Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage interface, server and network-related issues for solutions
- Implement and support solution-related IT issues for Operations & Project Departments including demo and proof of concept activities
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of IT-related issues
- Educate and conduct customer training to ensure proper usage of solutions and systems
- Attend customer meetings with Sales to provide pre-sales technical support (including tenders)
- Prepare solution documents and technical datasheets
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
