About the Role: We are looking for an IT Engineer with excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industrys best practice processes.
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for supporting the IT help desk services to ensure services are delivered to meet business needs and expectations, within SLA standards (response time and resolution time. 2. Install and configure hardware and software applications. 3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. 4. Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure their smooth functioning. 5. Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures. 6. Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile service request. 7. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner. 8. Act as a contact point between helpdesk operations, other teams (internal, external and vendor/supplier). 9. IT assets and inventories management. 10. Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications. 11. Design and conduct IT user training on systems under the IT Department's purview. 12. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills. 13. Other ad doc tasks and projects as needed Requirements:
