Establish and carry out protocols and SOPs for the use of IT across departments and projects
Act as link between end users and higher-level support
Work to SLA's and prioritize workload to meet contractual needs
Provide technical support related to computer systems, software and hardware.
Basic PC hardware and software troubleshooting and repair including Windows 10, Outlook, Office 365, Teams, MacOS, iOS, Android, etc
Coordinating with vendors for faulty hardware repairs, replacement, return merchandise authorisation (RMA)
Provide Recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements
Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1-2 year working experience in a Technical Support role.
Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
Experience in sales and help desk support would be an added advantage
Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required
