Job Details:
- Basic salary: $2,800 to $4,000 (depending on relevant exp)
- Attractive yearly performance bonus (up to 2 months)
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Support in Group business digitalisation efforts
- Research & analysis to find new and better technical solutions to provide business value.
- Support in System Integration framework standards
- Support in the development of strategy and standards of E-Commerce (website, CMS, Mobile APP)
- Support in IT Infra and Operation Management
- Provide on-site and off-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances
- Handle the onboarding & offboarding of IT equipment, including procurement of required IT hardware/software when necessary
- Manage and track IT assets
- Define strategy related to performance management, training, learning, change management and business intelligence
- Support in business analysis and service design (Accounting, HR, Plan & Admin)
- Support in dashboard and report requirements
- Process performance monitoring, reporting and improvement analysis and guidelines
- Mapping of business & system processes
- Support business system requirements management
