Job Description
$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Providing support for business application operational issue.
- Work together with cross-functional teams, vendors/business partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Research and explore more Application Technologies, Functionality and availability.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- To participate, coordinate and support for implementation and post-implementation of new requests.
- Provide training to users, as and when needed, using the available training materials and UAT documents. Transfer of knowledge and provide training to users to build additional capacity
- To support for implementation and post-implementation of new requests of existing application redevelopment and new application developments.
- Assist in defining test cases and scenarios based on the requirements. Work with vendors or rest of IT team members to ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets the specified criteria.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- ERP or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
