Join Human Resource Technology team for HR Digital Transformation.
Assist the Manager in supporting the transformation efforts.
Collaborate with HR team to implement new technologies.
Use Robotic Process Automation to enable strategic objectives.
Ensure HR users understand and have a positive experience with HRIS.
Execute change management strategies for smooth onboarding and system usage.
Handle issue escalation and manage change requests for HRIS.
Work with business stakeholders, and implementation partners to meet evolving business needs.
Part of the Central Administration team responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and business support for HRIS.
Requirements
Candidate who are interested in system automation are welcome.
Self-motivated and able to work in fast pace environment
Candidate who possess experience & knowledge in HR system automation & SAP is a plus.
