- Bishan - Singapore
- Working Days: 5 days
- Salary: $3500 - $4500
- Microsoft Navision System / Excel & Email Networking
- Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
- Providing first-level helpdesk and end-user support
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts as required
- Managing backup jobs
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Maintaining records of software licenses
- Managing IT Assets, inventory and other IT supplies
- Source and co-ordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance and support issues
- Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to the office system
- Knowledge on Microsoft Navision System
- Proficient in Excel & Email Networking
