Preferred (Nice to Have)
Diploma/Degree in IT/Information Systems or related field.
Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, basic scripting/automation, and service management tools.
Familiarity with AI tools, data visualization (Talend, Qlik), and content creation workflows.
Understanding of PDPA and internal data?handling practices for staff and client information.
