IT Executive * Up to $3.5k * 5 days, 8:30am-5:30pm * Toa Payoh s: * To assist in the maintenance and administration of computer networks and related computing environments IT Executive Up to $3.5k 5 days, 8:30am-5:30pm Toa Payoh s: To assist in the maintenance and administration of computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, system software, applications software, and all configurations. First level technical support for user's desktops and laptops. Second level support. Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router). Maintain and manage related Infrastructure services that include (but not limited to): Active Directory domain services, File and Print services, Patch Management, Backup and Restore, Anti-Virus Systems, Web and Database servers, Tech Refresh, etc. To handle data and security management - Data backup, Management, Security control of data, facilities, systems, etc. Responsible for on-going procurement, installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software in accordance with Company requirements. Maintaining hardware/software inventory documentation. To keep up to date IT technologies and implementation of new systems where required. Setup and training of Microsoft 365 and other software for employees. Printer setup and support. To perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. To support for video and audio conferencing. Work with all related stakeholders. Any other tasks and/or duties assigned by the Assistant Manager and Executive Director.
