Responsibilities:

• IT related set up and troubleshooting.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of PCs, Wi-Fi, Internet connection, application systems.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices such as routers, hubs.
• Planning, implementation, verification and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN
• Server configuration and maintenance, operation.
• Construction, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various network security (VPN) including firewalls.
• Internal control of IT.
• Proposal of IT environment optimization plan, implementation, operation, verification, and troubleshooting.
• Manage related documents.
• Other administrative work and customer service related to the above operations
• Troubleshooting and training of business systems.
• Maintenance of VBA programs.

Requirements:

• Business level Japanese to communicate with Japan HQ.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same type of work.
