IT Executive (L2 support) Working Hour: 5 days [ 9am-6pm ] Location: Ubi Salary: $2800-$3500 Requirements : * Minimum professional certificate/ Diploma/ ITE in Computer Science or equivalent. Required Skill(s) : Knowledge of hardware and software, ability to work well with people. Prior experience in tech support or a similar role will be an advantage. : Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals. Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware. Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults. Liaise and coordinate the recovery of system with distributors or vendor Adhoc projects and other IT related matters.
