Job Description
This is a permanent position attached to a Japanese MNC. Location: Potong Pasir/MacphersonJob Scope-Provide IT support to domestic and remote users (Hardware/ Software/ Network)-Maintain inventory for hardware and software-Responsible for all IT related matters (J-Sox, Server, Printer, Wi-Fi)-Responsible for control procedures including physical and data security-Participate and support Business IT projects-Administer operational systems and applications such as Windows 2016 active directory, Hyper V and website-Administration of LAN/WAN, VPN network and firewall-Responsible to maintain IT documentation such as invoices, quotations, manual, certificates and license agreement.-Any other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirements-Minimum Diploma holders\xe2\x80\x93Experience in IT infrastructure and server will be advantageous-Experience in troubleshooting PCs, hardware, software, Windows OS and emails related issues-Provide support out of normal operating hours as requiredWorking HoursMonday to Friday 9am to 6pmSalary range $3,200 to $4,000To ApplyWhatsApp resume: 8023-1992 orEmail resume:
