Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support for office and store operations, including hardware setup and troubleshooting
Administer and maintain servers, network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPN systems
Manage and configure POS and kiosk systems
Support and coordinate store opening projects
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on group-wide initiatives, system implementations, and IT protocols
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Good hands-on experience in Windows environments, networking, and firewall administration
Prior experience in the retail and/or F&B industry is required
Practical experience with at least one POS and/or kiosk system
Experienced in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A team player who is also able to work independently
Willing to provide after-office hours support when required
