Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, either on-site or remotely.
Manage common technical matters such as password resets, email access, and virus checks.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot basic hardware problems (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers).
Escalate more complex issues to the IT department or vendors when required.
Assist in maintaining IT equipment inventory and preparing simple reports.
Perform other IT support tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, with ability to support non-technical users.
Eager to learn and motivated to grow technical skills.
