1-2 Years of working experience in managing computer systems, hardware, software and IT asset management System maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on systems (server and user computers) and networks Software and hardware: Installing, updating, and anticipating the cost of replacing or updating computer items Security: Implementing security measures, monitoring security policies, and ensuring compliance with requirements Network maintenance: Analysing, testing, and troubleshooting network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud networks Troubleshooting: Identifying technical problems and deploying solutions to fix them User needs: Identifying user needs with technology Account management: Managing accounts for onboarding and dismissal Maintain extensive technical infrastructure, systems, and networks Learning new hardware and software skills Meeting face-to-face with clients/ vendors, or relevant parties to coordinate and implement new technologies, systems in business operations or projects


Skills:


A diploma / bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field Working experience in IT Infrastructure management Knowledge of Windows Server operating system and SQL server Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, network security and cloud environment' * Troubleshoot and configuration of CCTV system (Optional)
