Provide technical assistance to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues).
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices).
Troubleshoot system and application errors.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access controls.
Monitor system performance and resolve downtime issues.
Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory and troubleshooting guides.
Provide IT training and technical guidance to employees.
Ensure security updates and patches are applied to systems.
Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents.
Ensure compliance with industry security regulations.
Perform security awareness training for employees.
Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and best practices.
Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery planning.
