Job Description

Software & Application Support

Install, configure, and maintain standard and custom software. Provide technical support to end-users. Liaise with software vendors for updates, bugs, or new implementations.

IT Policies and Compliance

Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control. Support ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant compliance needs if applicable.

IT Infrastructure Support

Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.). Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi. Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers).

System Administration

Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions. Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies). Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.

Manufacturing/Production System Support

Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory-specific systems. Troubleshoot machine-PC communication issues (e.g., PLCs, IoT devices). Ensure system uptime to minimize production downtime.

User Support & Training.

Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. Provide training or guidance to staff on using systems or software.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain IT asset inventory. Prepare incident reports, maintenance logs, and update manuals. Support audits and provide technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree with 1-3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration. Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus. 5 day work week.
