Job Description
- Define and execute the strategy and plan to align with company strategy and direction.
- Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and troubleshoot all IT related areas such as network infrastructure, software and hardware to ensure high availability of IT system. (L1/L2)
- Oversee the development and execution of corporate security awareness and training programs.
- Administrative support such as (budget planning, documentation/ manual guide creation, database backup and auditing issues).
- Maintain and monitor all installed systems and enhancement.
- Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Monitor software licensing management and hardware assets management.
- Maintains security policy and backup strategies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.Requirements- At least 4 years of IT related duties (Networking, Software, Hardware, etc)
- Understand IT risk assessment process.
- Knowledge & experience in new IT technologies.
- Excellent planning, problem solving and project management.
