Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Daily management, administration, monitoring and backup of IP network and IT infrastructure.
• Design, implement, configure and maintain various Azure SaaS cloud services including Azure AD, AIP, ATP, ASR, CAS, EM+S, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Exchange Online and O365.
• Knowledge of Fortinet firewall and Fortinet VPN, preferably with Fortinet Secure SD-Wan.
• Assistance with infrastructure configuration, including hardware, system software and application software.
• Manage existing internal Hyper-V infrastructure.
• Assist in testing new tools, technologies and processes.
• Compliance with security regulations and reporting of infrastructure security issues.
• Collect statistics and performance data for capacity planning and reporting on existing infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation on operational activities, maintenance procedures, testing and optimization of infrastructure.
• Support the implementation of agreed changes and procedures for infrastructure maintenance.
• Provide first-line IT support for PCs/laptops, mobile devices, networks and end-user applications.
• Monitor and track the movement of IT assets and maintain IT controls.
• Provide IT administrative support, including contract renewal support, user account management, resource and license management.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the above reporting managers.

Requirements:

• A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience managing on-premises and/or cloud-based IT infrastructure and managing critical IT services.
• Knowledge of network systems and devices, firewalls, wireless controls and technologies, network switching and routing protocols.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity standards, protocols and frameworks and compliance with the Cybersecurity Act 2018.
• Experience with database management and database management tools is desirable, but not essential.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure; ability to evaluate new technologies to meet current and future business needs.
• Knowledge of managing and configuring cloud services such as Azure AD, Office 365 services, Exchange services and endpoint services.
• Knowledge of IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning is desirable.
• Ability to systematically identify and assess the causes of complex problems and work with teams on solutions.
