Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and manage all aspects of the HQ and project sites\xe2\x80\x99 IT hardware and wifi infrastructure.
- Provide day-to-day support on IT hardware and software, set up, diagnose, and troubleshoot.
- Install, configure, and set up all new computer equipment, network devices, printers, desk phones, and new emails, for new joiners.
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and operator problems, making minor repairs where applicable.
- Ensure that VPN connectivity is functioning and up to date.
- Carry out regular monitoring of the server, and backups data.
- Provide recommendations for procuring hardware and software depending on requirements.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory.
- Work with third-party agencies regarding any computer-related matters and compliance.
