Job Description
- Provide application support across all internal business units with no disruption
- Carry out daily operational tasks, user administration, housekeeping tasks and system monitoring to ensure the effective operation of IT Network & Infrastructure, POS systems and Core Applications.
- Carry out IT installations, implementations, configuration as required
- Maintain and control of issued inventory
- Maintain technical and procedural documentation
- Ensure that the core systems have regular backup and recovery procedures are performed yearly
- Good Knowledge of Tele-Communication tools e.g., MS Team and Zoom
- Training and ensure IT staff are equipped with sufficient knowledge
Requirements:
- Application for Singaporeans only
- Possess at least Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with a minimum of 2 in Hospitality or F&B Industry
- Strong technical knowledge in network and infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge in server administration and end-user computing.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (Able to understand & speak in Cantonese will be an added advantage to liaise with multi-lingual associates)
