Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, configure, administer and maintain servers, computers and network
- Investigate, trouble-shoot and resolve IT related issues
- Provide IT user support
- Have experience in Microsoft AD
- Support site issues and requests on systems
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in IT with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT related field
- Proficient in end user support
- A team player and able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel to retail outlets
- Entry level are welcome to apply
