Roles & Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify key or important elements of the assignment, anticipating potential problems, and taking steps to avoid them.
• Functions as an Infrastructure gatekeeper to support the successful deployment, maintenance, development, integration, and use of the infrastructure environment and its services, including enterprise software, virtualization solutions, networking technology and services, telephone and voicemail systems, device management, patch management, storage, backup and recovery, monitoring and logging, and various productivity or technical tools to aid in production activities related to assigned areas.
• Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers
• Participate actively in deep-dive workshop to validate vendor's solution design and provide advice on environment information to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain systems documentation and audit requirement pertaining to Network infrastructure scopes.
• Work closely with our System Network integrator for all network infrastructure related activities

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science/Information technology
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
• Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and able to work well under pressure to meet timelines for project delivery.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on technical experience in Cisco ACI, SDN, Routing and Switching, and Firewall.
• Good attitude, responsible and able to multi-tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
