• Establish and maintain a strategic partnership with departments to gain in-depth insight into business operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the departmental strategic objectives in budgeting, monitoring, financial closing, analysis, and external costing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct business-driven reporting and provide value-added and forward-looking insights to facilitate management\'s financial and operating decision making. This includes analysing financial performance against budget, forecast, prior periods to highlight issues and variances for timely follow-up. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and review of cost allocation to assess the efficiency of the different cost drivers and optimise resource allocation for informed decision making on resources utilisation and allocation for cost recovery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Offer strategic financial input and advice to meet business needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake ad hoc projects as required.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant degree in Accountancy or a recognised Professional Accountancy qualification eligible for ISCA membership, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of SAP HANA, financial analysis, costing, and budgeting is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with robotic process automation and data analytics tools is a plus. Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience
