Job Requirement:
  • IT helpdesk first-level support
  • Call Center experience is advantageous
  • Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
  • Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
  • Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
  • Strong communication skills and detailed work
  • Proficient Customer Service
  • Location: Central / Tai Seng
  • Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
  • Experience: Min 1-year related experience.
  • Those without experience but with IT knowledge may apply.
  • Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,200
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
