Job Description
- Position : IT Helpdesk Executive - Up to $3,000 Basic - Kallang - No Experience Welcome!
- Location : Kallang
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + 14 Days AL + Completion Bonus
- Duration : 1 Year Contract (Renewable Yearly)
- Industry : Import & Export
- Overseeing daily user support and IT infrastructure matters (Network, Servers and Projects)
- System and Network Monitoring
- Participate in IT and Operations processes improvements
- Developing and improving BCP and DRP processes and policies
- Updating and proper management of IT documentations
- Plan and implement Ad-Hoc IT Infrastructure Projects
- Participate and implementation of Local, Regional and Global Projects
- Conduct Trainings for Super Users, IT Colleagues and new Staffs
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in IT or related
- Knowledge in Windows Servers Management, TCP/IP networking, Cisco Products like routers, switches
- Knowledge in managing and supporting clients and server environment
- Hands-on system installation and configuration experience would be advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- No experience required, training will be provided!
