Job Description

:

  • Location: Town, MNC
  • 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary: up to $4,000
  • Global role, will be required some OT (will be compensated by OT pay or time off in lieu)
As part of the Technical Helpdesk Team, you will provide in-house Helpdesk and Technical support to end users. You will also be involved in the installation, cabling and set-up of workstations, PCs and printers.
Responsibilities
  • Provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users and vessel IT
  • Support and resolve in-house end users and IT technical issues
  • Assist in the installation, cabling and setting up of workstations, PCs, and printers
  • Performs software updates
  • Microsoft 365 Admin
  • Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • 3 5 years of IT support experience
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Good communications and stakeholders management skills
