  • Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for an IT Helpdesk Support
The Opportunity
  • Focus: 1st level IT helpdesk support, Customer Service, Service Now
  • Office location: Singapore
  • 5.5 days week (Including weekends and Public Holidays) or as advised by the Engagement Manager
  • This role start off as contract position
The Talent
  • Open to work on weekend and public holiday if scheduled
  • 1st level IT Helpdesk Support
  • Good understanding/knowledge on MS Office
  • Good verbal and written comm skills
The JobCustomer Technical Support - To provide helpdesk and level 1 support to users
  • Responds to requests/incidents through phone and email.
  • Advise user on appropriate actions (customer service skills).
  • Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
