The CompanyA renowned financial services firm seeks a proactive Support Engineer to join their growing team. Based in Singapore, you will provide exceptional on-site support to the local office and expert remote support to international locations.

The RoleYou will provide on-site end user support in application, desktop / laptop / mobile device and video conferencing system support. You will also provide remote helpdesk application, desktop / laptop / mobile device, video conferencing system support in the region. You will provide remote and on-site server and networking support and proactively identify and implement new technologies to benefit the business and the user experience. You will also be responsible for any ad hoc duties and projects may arise from time to time, and as the role and business develops.

Your ProfileYou must possess relevant experience in a similar technology role with a minimum of 5 years, as part of an international technology support team. Experience in relevant financial services or private equity is preferred. You must have experienced in working in a broad range of end user focused technologies, including Active Directory and Azure AD, Citrix, iOS mobile devices, Microsoft technologies including MS Office, OneDrive, and SharePoint, Message archiving platforms, mobile device management solutions, printer management and support (server and devices), telephony support (primarily Microsoft Teams), video conferencing systems and Windows 10 and 11. You must thrive in a collaborative environment by partnering effectively with colleagues in a lean team, be a quick learner, readily adapting to new technologies and processes. You must deliver exceptional client service by maintaining a client-focused approach, building rapport and clearly explaining technical concepts. You must problem-solve with confidence and utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
