Job Description

Our client is the leading and trusted company in the nation, they are seeking for "IT Infrastructure Analyst" You will be part of the team that oversees the on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure. This is a technology management, maintenance and operations role.

• Maintain the physical and cloud IT infrastructure running 24x7.
• Execute routine maintenance such as patching, reconfiguration and other required maintenance.
• Monitor the health of on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure and rectify abnormalities when necessary.
• Manage software licenses and maintenance support agreements with vendors and ensure they are fit-for-purpose and renewed on-time.
• Oversee contractors and vendors while work activities are being carried out, such as installation of new equipment, laying of cables, repair work etc. Ensure all work safety procedures are adhered in the course of work.
• Manage procurement and delivery of IT equipment and services. Manage invoices and payment to vendors and service providers.
• Manage access control and attestation of services periodically, such as VPN, mobile subscription etc.
• Carry out routine inspection of data centers, including IT assets and facilities.

What we are looking for

• A degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of IT infrastructure management and knowledge of cloud preferred
• Experience in Advanced knowledge and experience in enterprise IT infrastructure maintenance and operation.
• Strong understanding across on-premises and cloud infrastructure components (compute, storage, network, security, data, backup, applications etc)
• Intermediate proficiency in cloud environment management (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
