Job Summary:

• Basic up $7500 + Allowances + AWS
• Mon - Fri (Requires to Standby)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify problems and perform root cause analysis of IT and upper-level control software of the Vanderlande baggage handling system, in close collaboration with other teams.
• Review system and application logs to trace issues and gather information for analysis.
• Develop and maintain customer-specific validation test processes and reports for the change control log.
• Continuously monitor IT infrastructure, application, and material handling application environment.
• Triage all events reported and maintain incident reports.
• Plan and deliver preventive maintenance tasks & assigned change tasks (back-ups, patch execution, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and taking ownership.
• Analyze problems by asking the right questions, listening to the customer, and translating findings into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot problems systematically, whether top-down or bottom-up.
• Advise customers on actions to minimize equipment downtime, thinking in terms of cause-effect.
• Take proactive measures based on own insight, lifecycle plans, or preventive maintenance plans.

Job Requirement:

• Knowledge in Oracle Database and SQL
