• Position Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer (In-house)
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the hardware and software components of the company\xe2\x80\x99s IT network to enable server uptime of 95% and above
• Support the IT infrastructure with a focus on the Data Centre environment, telecommunication and data communication links, network routing and switching, firewall and security, SAN storage, server virtualization and OS maintenance, database management, end-point protections
• Maintain IT Operations & system/network appliance, IT Administration & Resource Planning
• Business Recovery, Security Risk & Operational Risk, Project Management, Documentation & Work Procedure Manual

• Min. Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience in an IT operation environment
• Technical knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 Network switches, servers, PCs, printers, and other equipment all fall under the IT infrastructure engineer\xe2\x80\x99s purview
• Have the knowledge to manage VLANs on wired/wireless networks
• Have knowledge of supporting M365 services, Azure AD and PowerApps
