Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to analyze business and technical requirements.
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Serve as a technical advisor, providing troubleshooting and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with client IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure roles, preferably within a system integrator environment.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous: Networking: CCNA, CCNP, Cloud: Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, Security: CISSP, CompTIA Security+ or Virtualization: VCP (VMware)
- Strong proficiency in configuring and managing Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with network technologies (firewalls, routers, switches) and security tools (VPNs, IDS/IPS).
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
