Job Description

Looking for a highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects within building and construction environments. This role requires

close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of technology into modern building designs.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution


Develop, manage, and monitor comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.o Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to quality and budget expectations.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and align on next steps. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related components of the project.

Technical Oversight

Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructure, including: Network and server systems Security and surveillance solutions Data centers and IT equipment rooms Building management and automation systems Ensure compliance with industry codes, security standards, and best practices. Coordinate integration of new systems with existing infrastructure to ensure compatibility and scalability.

Resource & Vendor Management

Allocate internal and external resources effectively to meet project demands. Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Implement rigorous quality control and testing procedures for IT systems. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and risk logs. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting financial performance, risks, and achievements.

Skills and Expertise required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is mandtory


Minimum of

5 years of experience managing IT projects, particularly within construction or building infrastructure environments.

Proven track record of

delivering complex, multi-stakeholder IT integration projects.

Strong knowledge of

IT infrastructure design, systems integration, and facility technology plannin

g.


Familiarity with d

ata centers, network architecture, and building automation systems.

Proficient in

project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

Excellent
