You will play a key role in the
deployment, configuration, and support
of enterprise network and system environments across diverse customer projects.
This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in network/system engineering and an interest or working knowledge in
cybersecurity
.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain secure network and server infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, servers).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Administer Windows and/or Linux-based servers and Active Directory environments.
Apply basic cybersecurity measures, including OS hardening, network hardening, and baseline security controls.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching of client systems to enhance security and performance.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions according to client SLAs and compliance needs.
Participate in system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation (e.g., network diagrams, system configurations, implementation guides).
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in software, networking, or cyber solutions.
Strong understanding of network and system fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, OS administration).
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles such as system hardening and patch management.
Hands-on experience
with
secure network design, server administration, and security hardening.
Knowledge of IDS/IPS solutions will be an advantage.
* Relevant certifications (e.g.,
CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+
) are highly desirable.
