As a key member of the IT Team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing infrastructure systems across multiple locations, locally and overseas.Responsibilities:
Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems\' resources usage closely.
Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches\' users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage
Able to converse in English and Mandarin due to the need to liaise with overseas counterparts

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
Company transport is provided from Clementi MRT (one way)
