Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our dynamic IT team. This role offers hands-on experience across both software development (including AI and automation initiatives) and IT infrastructure. You'll work closely with our developers and system administrators to support real-world projects that enhance business operations and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & AI Support:


Assist in developing and testing software applications using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Contribute to AI/ML initiatives by preparing data, testing models, or integrating APIs. Support automation tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Help document technical processes, APIs, and application workflows. Conduct research on emerging AI tools and frameworks.
Infrastructure & Systems Support:


Provide assistance in system setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting (Windows, Linux, or MacOS). Monitor system health, network activity, and server performance. Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including virtual machines, storage, and networking basics. Help manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies. Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:


Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in both software development and IT infrastructure. Basic knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar). Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts. Exposure to cloud platforms or willingness to learn (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:


Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows or tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins) or infrastructure-as-code.
