• Setup/maintain office IT Infrastructure (Network, Systems, Storage, etc)
• Conduct data sanitization work (shredding, crushing, degaussing, wiping etc)
• Maintain IT hardware/software inventory
• Configure IT equipment and relevant technical issues
• Record and maintain technical specifications of computers
• Planning and implementing of service continuity measures (e.g. backup/restore, disaster recovery plan)
• Provide related assistance to team projects
• Provide related technical advice to team or customers
• Assist in IT-related sales and purchases
• Provide IT hardware and software support
• Manage and handle individual IT-related projects
• Carry out Ad-hoc duties
• Carry out/ assist in administrative duties
