We offers car rental & leasing services as well as chauffeur-driven services on a daily, monthly and long term basis. We bring you a large selection of vehicles if you need to rent a car in Singapore. We provide both short-term and long-term car rental & leasing for individuals as well as corporate car rentals & leasing for organisations.

This position exists to support the Project Manager in the day-to-day administration and implementation of an IT transformation project. The IT Project Intern will help ensure smooth project execution by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. * Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, schedules, and progress updates.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point or SharePoint).
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance) and external vendors to gather information and follow up on tasks.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, including scheduling, test case tracking, and issue logging.
• Help manage project documentation such as contracts, change requests, and training materials.
• Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to the Project Manager.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management updates.
