Assist in executing and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes across the organization.
Collaboration with L2 Support
Coordinate with Level 2 teams for issue resolution, including raising required forms, supporting testing, preparing documentation, and facilitating go-live processes.
S4P and S4Q Configuration
Ticket Management and User Support
Documentation and Compliance
Maintain comprehensive documentation for Change Request management, including requirement gathering, UAT support, and go-live activities.
Requirements
Possess Diploma or higher academic qualification is prefarable.
Knowledge of CRM applications will be added avantages.
