Job Description

L1 Support for Key Business Applications


Provide Level 1 support for S4 HANA modules, CRM system, CPQ, and FSM.

Business Process Improvement


Assist in executing and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes across the organization.

Collaboration with L2 Support


Coordinate with Level 2 teams for issue resolution, including raising required forms, supporting testing, preparing documentation, and facilitating go-live processes.

S4P and S4Q Configuration

Ticket Management and User Support

Documentation and Compliance


Maintain comprehensive documentation for Change Request management, including requirement gathering, UAT support, and go-live activities.

Requirements


Possess Diploma or higher academic qualification is prefarable. Knowledge of CRM applications will be added avantages.
