Savills Property Management team have in-depth experience with professional advise in the area of Estate Management. Our team of multi-disciplinary professionals provides property management and asset management services with proficient solutions, tailored to all expectations.

The successful candidate will be based in Savills Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible overseeing all IT functions and manage the company’s technology operations and implementation of new IT systems and policies. He/she will monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
• Analyze the business requirements of all business units to determine their technology needs
• Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
• Control budget and report on expenditure
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Liason with Savills HQ and Group Technical Teams to implement firm wide systems and policies
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Training staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT related field
• Related IT certifications
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis of computer hardware /software /network
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, networks administration and network installation
• Good understanding of Windows Server administration, AD and Group Policy Management
• Familiar in implementation of Network, Servers and Backup Systems
• Well organized, proactive and self-directed, able to provide supervision to team members
• Resourceful in using research to solve problems independently
• Good interpersonal skills and independent
