Kerry Interim is currently hiring an IT Manager and Network Engineer to work on-site with a multi-national corporation, a growing and dynamic global IT team in the Philippines. This role is vital in leading and supporting the corporate IT functions and developing a strategic roadmap aligning with the overall enterprise direction.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, project activities, and resources. You will need to manage and maintain enterprise IT Infrastructure including Network Operations and Implementation. Monitor the performance of the information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure. You will need to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements. Strong understanding of TCP, IP, Routing, Switching, firewall, and WLAN. Plan and maintain IT solutions for efficient service. You will develop, review, and implement IT policies and systems to support the business in compliance with local laws. You will work closely with Security Department to increase the security of the enterprise environment, project managers, and engineers to run the projects smoothly through the life cycle. You are required to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables. Perform duties as requested and 24-hr on-call rotation.

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum a degree holder or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in IT Projects and Management.
• Experience in working in project management, accustomed to managing multiple projects at one time
• Experience in working effectively with a global workforce and adapting to local operating models
• Automation experience and certification in ITILv4 and PMP are an advantage
