$8K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

• Overseeing worldwide IT Operations: Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure are running smoothly.
• Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring network performance, uptime, security, and implementing proactive maintenance measures to optimize performance and prevent issues.
• Cloud Service and Data Management: Evaluating and selecting cloud service providers and platforms that best suit the organization\'s needs. Managing relationships with cloud vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Security and Compliance: Ensuring the security of IT systems, networks, and data through the implementation of security measures and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Business Continuity Planning: Developing and maintaining IT disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime and ensure the resilience of IT systems and services running on local servers and cloud services.
• Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Researching and evaluating new technologies, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and innovation within the organization.
• Overseeing IT projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Managing external service providers to ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services and products.
• Leading and managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements

• Master\'s degree in software engineering, computer science or relevant information technology field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud as well as Alibaba Cloud infrastructure platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
