Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT department to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all IT systems, aligning with business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives, focusing on security, operational efficiency, and innovation to enhance business performance.
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, documentation, and budget management.
- Spearhead process improvements and digital transformation efforts, driving greater workflow efficiency.
- Implement IT security measures, establish policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect organizational data and assets.
- ITIL Certified
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Management and Project Leadership in the Construction Industry.
- Must have prior supervisory experience managing a team of 3-5 individuals.
- Extensive expertise in data management, network security, and industry-standard governance practices.
