About the Role

We are seeking

motivated IT Network and Systems Engineer

to join our growing team supporting external client infrastructures. You will play a key role in the

deployment, configuration, and support

of enterprise network and system environments across multiple customer projects.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in

network/system engineering

and a keen interest or working knowledge in

cybersecurity

.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure network and server infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, servers). Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues. Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Administer Windows and/or Linux-based servers and Active Directory environments. Apply cybersecurity measures including OS and network hardening, and baseline security controls. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching of client systems to improve security and performance. Collaborate with project teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with client SLAs and compliance needs. Conduct system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across IT domains. Prepare and maintain technical documentation (network diagrams, system configurations, implementation guides).

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cyber solutions. Strong understanding of

network and system fundamentals

(TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, OS administration). Familiarity with

cybersecurity principles

such as system hardening and patch management. Hands-on experience with

secure network design, server administration, and security hardening

. Knowledge of

IDS/IPS systems

will be advantageous. Networking or security certifications such as

CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent

are highly desirable. A proactive team player who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
