Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Deploy and setup IT infrastructure according to the project requirements by working closely with global and regional office and vessels.
- Provide IT and related services to office staffs and vessel crews, as well as prepare simple troubleshooting documentation for them.
- Ensure assigned project tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline.
- Handle and maintain IT assets such as laptops and desktops and printers.
- Assist with network connectivity issues by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolve any other technical issues that may arise in the office and on the vessels.
- Setup account, preparation of hardware and software for new hires.
- Handle and maintain Global IT infrastructure operations, cloud data centres, network, servers, storage, and security.
- Bachelor\'s degree/ Diploma in technology or computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and certification in Microsoft 365, ITIL and CCNA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
