Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT helpdesk support for end user
  • Maintain network equipment
  • Setup of new PCs/Laptops/Printers and install software
  • Evaluate and test IT software and hardware
  • Maintain and upkeep of software and hardware inventories
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in IT-related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in IT helpdesk support
  • Good communication, follow up and coordinating skills
  • Good technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and systems
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,260.00 - $2,800.00 per month Benefits:

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • IT helpdesk support: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
