Your role: IT Officer is responsible for providing hardware/software technical support and performing software installations, setup and maintenance of desktop, laptops, printers, POS systems, network, and mobile devices.Your responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and POS systems, as well as setting up and configuring mobile devices (phones, tablets).

2. Provide support in the development of small to medium-sized office automation and or computer applications.3. Provide support in the enhancement of software applications/ systems to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.4. Provide support in preparing required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.5. Monitor and resolve alerts triggered by the ICT Helpdesk System to reduce user downtime. 6. Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks.7. Diagnoses and solves hardware and software faults.8. Conducts regular review audits to ensure information in all records are accurate and regularly updated.9. Serves as support staff to company-initiated programs/projects/activities.10. Performs other I.T. related functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
• Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of load balancers and firewalls. Fortinet preferred.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
• Experience working with a hybrid IT environment (on-premise and cloud) and supporting mixed platforms (ie., Windows and macOS)
• Expert in the functionality and technical troubleshooting of Windows workstation OS. Working knowledge with Apple OS is an advantage.
• Expert workstation hardware troubleshooting skills with focus on desktop and laptop, in whatever brand or make. 9. Working experience with Active Directory with fundamental knowledge of infrastructure services such as DHCP, DNS.
• Fundamental knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including wireless protocols.
• Experience with cloud-based video conferencing tools such as Google Meet and Zoom.
• Experience working with ticketing systems, familiarity with incident management, and other ITIL concepts.
• Background with disk imaging technologies is a plus.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
