We offer a comprehensive range of products and services--including data recovery, digital forensics, data analytics, secure IT disposal, and training programs. Serving clients such as law enforcement, military, intelligence agencies, and private corporations across Singapore and Southeast Asia, we are committed to solving complex data problems with expertise and customer care. IT Operations & Support:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to users on hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
- Manage user access, authentication, and permissions across various systems and platforms.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
- Maintain documentation of disposed items, including data destruction certificates and disposal reports
- Work with certified e-waste disposal vendors to manage the collection and recycling process.
-Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Physically fit and able to safely perform manual tasks such as lifting, packing, and handling equipment required for asset teardown and disposal.
-Able to carry out assigned tasks and duties independently
-Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with clients
